Service design is an interdisciplinary approach that aims to create and improve services to deliver better experiences for both customers, and other stakeholders – from teams to management. It involves understanding customer needs, mapping out the customer’s journey, and designing service solutions that are user-centered, efficient, and impactful. Service design goes beyond the traditional focus on physical products and incorporates the entire service ecosystem, including interactions, touchpoints, processes, systems, and more.

Create as 2 interactive artifacts: (1) an html file that can be downloaded, (2) interactive React component using Recharts and Lucide React. Output second artifact as single JSX file for CodeSandbox.

Common issues and how to fix them. Reference this during the workshop.

❌ Preview panel is blank
Fix: Add dependencies (recharts, lucide-react), save file (Cmd+S), and refresh preview panel

❌ “Module not found” error
Fix: Check which module is missing, add it in Dependencies panel, wait for green checkmark

❌ Share link requires login
Fix: You copied the editor link. Look for the URL ending in .csb.app

❌ Can’t paste code into App.js
Fix: Select ALL old code (Cmd+A), delete it, then paste new code
